Company response: The Company respectfully advises the Staff that the Company has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, on March 16, 2026. As a result, the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, are now on file with the Commission and incorporated by reference into the Registration Statement in accordance with the incorporation by reference provisions of the Registration Statement.
