In future filings, please remove these totals as either does not appear to be a segment measure of profitability and would be considered a non- GAAP financial measure and should not be disclosed in the notes to the financial statements in accordance with Item 10(e)(1)(ii)(C). letter →
Company response: We respectfully acknowledge the Staff’s comment and will remove totals for both adjusted cost of sales and adjusted operating expenses from the operating segment note to the financial statements in future filings.
