JETBLUE AIRWAYS CORP (JBLU) · 2026-03-31 · · Comment 1 · Note 1 - Summary of Significant Accounting Policies, page 69 Responded
Staff comment: We note your accounting policy disclosure on page 70 indicating that you depreciate aircraft over 25 years while using an estimated residual value of 20 percent, although also indicating that for "certain Airbus A320 airframes" you are using a longer period as part of your "capital-light growth" initiative, although without specifying the number of aircraft or the extended range being utilized for depreciation. You provide disclosures on page 13 under the Operations and Cost Structure heading, and on page 43 within the Overview section of MD&A, associating this fleet management initiative with recent plans to secure your financial future and navigate near-term demand volatility. However, on… letter →

Staff comment: Please provide a period to period comparative analysis and discussion of changes in cash flows from operating activities, including changes in working capital components, in your annual and interim period reports. In doing so, explain the underlying business reasons and implications of material changes between periods to provide investors with an understanding of variability and potential trends in cash flows. Ensure your discussion and analysis is not merely a recitation of changes evident from the consolidated statements of cash flows. Refer to Item 303(a) and (b) of Regulation S-K and SEC Release No. 33-8350. letter →
Company response: We respectfully acknowledge the Staff’s comments and will expand our disclosures to include a comparative analysis and discussion of changes in cash flows from operating activities in future filings. The following is an example of the future disclosure: Cash Flows from Operating Activities Our cash flow provided by operations is primarily from net sales and membership fees. Cash flow used in operations generally consists of payments to merchandise suppliers, warehouse operating costs, including wages and employee benefits, utilities, credit and debit card processing fees, and operating leases. Cash used in operations also includes payments for income taxes. Changes in our net investment in… response letter →

Staff comment: In your February 5, 2026 earnings call, management spent time discussing some "short- term industry-wide policy headwinds" that are impacting client budgets and advertising booking rates for pharmaceutical companies. Management also indicated that higher AI infrastructure investment has impacted the results through the period ended December 31, 2025 and is expected to continue impacting future periods. Please show us how you intend to revise to address (and quantify where possible) any known material trends, demands, commitments, events or uncertainties that are reasonably likely to result in a material change to your liquidity or results from operations. Please refer to Item 303(c) of… letter →
Company response: The Company respectfully acknowledges the Staff’s comment and advises the Staff that it has considered the disclosure requirements of Item 303(c) of Regulation S-K, however, the discussion regarding policy headwinds in the February 5, 2026 earnings call did not result in a material change to our liquidity and results from operations for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2025, and was only intended to provide additional color to analysts and investors on industry dynamics due to uncertainty surrounding the Most Favored Nation (“MFN”) pricing negotiations between certain pharmaceutical companies and the federal government. As of February 5, 2026, sixteen out of the seventeen… response letter →

Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (KFFB) · 2026-01-27 · Form 10-K for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2025 · Comment 1 · Liquidity and Capital Resources, page 23 Agreed to revise
Staff comment: We note your disclosure, here and on page 16, that deposit inflows are a primary source of funds. We also note your disclosure that First Federal of Kentucky entered into a formal written agreement with the OCC and that the OCC has imposed individual minimum capital requirements. To the extent that these items remain in place, please revise your future filings, here or elsewhere as appropriate, to clarify whether they affect the ability of any of your entities to be considered well-capitalized, regardless of actual capital levels. If so, disclose whether you have any restrictions on or waiver requirements for rolling brokered deposits, and quantify any related impact for the periods… letter →
Company response: In response to the Staff’s comment, while the Company acknowledges that the OCC has imposed individual minimum capital requirements on its indirect subsidiary, First Federal of Kentucky (the “Bank”), the Bank has not been designated as “less than well capitalized” and has maintained capital levels in excess of the noted individual minimum capital requirements. As such there have been no restrictions or waiver requirements imposed on the Bank for rolling brokered deposits or other types of wholesale deposits. Nevertheless, pursuant to the Staff’s comment, to the extent that these items remain in place, the Company will revise its future filings in all appropriate circumstances to clarify… response letter →

Please discuss all material usages of cash as appropriate. Refer to Item 303(a) and (b) of Regulation S-K. Additionally, quantify each variance factor cited in annual and interim period reports. letter →

Company response: to the Staff’s comment, the Company has added a sentence to its disclosure detailing the Company’s belief that USNC’s bankruptcy was not attributable to any broader challenges facing participants in the advanced nuclear technology industry. The Company respectfully submits, given the particular and isolated circumstances of USNC’s bankruptcy, that the detail set forth above related to such bankruptcy is not material to the Company’s investors and need not be disclosed in the Registration Statement. The Company has also clarified its disclosures regarding the potential for encumbrances that could not be cleared through the bankruptcy process.
